Prof. Dr. Alper AKSOY was born in 1977 in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye. After completing his primary and secondary education, he began his medical studies at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1994 and successfully graduated in 2000, earning the title of Medical Doctor.
He completed his residency training between 2000 and 2007 at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine and became a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Prof. Dr. Alper AKSOY completed his advanced training in Hand and Microsurgery at the İzmir Hand Microsurgery and Orthopedics Hospital. Between 2007 and 2008, he served as Clinic Chief at the Girne Military Hospital in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, where he also undertook administrative responsibilities.
In 2025, he was appointed to the position of Professor at Fenerbahçe University. He currently continues his professional work at Burtom Konur Surgical Medical Center in Bursa.
