Specialist Dietitian Asu Kurtuluş was born in 1996 in Bursa, where she completed her primary and secondary education. She pursued her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Istanbul. Throughout her academic journey, she not only deepened her understanding of the scientific foundations of healthy living but also focused on interdisciplinary approaches in the field of nutrition.

During her undergraduate studies, she contributed to improving the quality of life for elderly individuals through her thesis titled “Nutrition and Physical Activity in Geriatrics.” In her postgraduate thesis, she explored the relationship between “The Eating Habits of White-Collar Workers and Healthy Eating Indexes,” shedding light on modern working life and its nutritional dynamics.

Her areas of expertise include metabolic syndrome, post-bariatric surgery nutrition, sports nutrition, multidisciplinary treatment approaches, fermented beverages, and functional kitchen practices. She has received training from many prestigious institutions, including the Culinary Arts Academy.

Since 2021, Asu Kurtuluş has been actively working in the field of Functional Medicine Dietetics. In addition, following her certification in phytotherapy and aromatherapy, she established her own aromatherapeutic candle brand named “Science of Candles.” As of 2023, she offers both individual and group workshops on candle design and aromatherapy.

Combining her scientific perspective with principles of functional, holistic, and sustainable living, Dietitian Asu Kurtuluş is committed to providing personalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of her clients.
