With our 24/7 Emergency Service, we ensure prompt initial intervention for all patients and coordinate with departments for necessary consultations, tests, and treatments. Our Emergency Service caters to patients of all age groups, supported by specialized physicians both day and night. Additionally, our center conducts radiology tests and laboratory analyses round the clock.
Facilities include a 24/7 Emergency Department, Operating Theater, 15 Standard Patient Rooms, Prayer Room, Covered Parking, and Cafeteria.
Rules and Notices
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas.
- Flowers: Flowers cannot be brought into patient rooms or floors due to infection risks. Flowers received will be handed over upon discharge.
- Prioritizing Patient Safety: Our authorized personnel at the facility will provide you with information and documents regarding Identity Verification, Patient Falls, Movement Restrictions, Patient Transfers, Medication Safety, Transfer of Blood and Blood Products, Consent Forms, Safe Surgical Practices, Verbal Orders, Isolation Precautions, Security Reporting System, and Color Coding.
Konur’s History
Konur Diagnostic and Treatment Center was established in 1977. In 1981, it became Konur Hospital. In 1991, it initiated Quality Improvement efforts in the healthcare sector for the first time in Turkey. In 1996, it became the first healthcare institution in Turkey to receive the Laboratory Competence Certificate from TSE (Turkish Standards Institution). In 1999, it upgraded its Quality Management System to ISO 9001. In 2002, it re-validated its quality standards. It became the second healthcare institution in Turkey to receive the TS EN9001:2000 version. In 2003, it handed over the new hospital building on Fatih Sultan Mehmet Boulevard to Acıbadem. In 2006, Konur Inc. transitioned to a multi-doctor partnership structure. In 2008, it relocated to the new hospital building as the Surgical Medical Center. In 2010, Konur Inc. was restructured. In 2017, Bursa’s prominent healthcare institution, Konur Surgical Medical Center, became part of Burtom Health Group.
